This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned and refunds may be issued.

Eligibility for Returns

• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Product Inspection Requirement

Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery.

• Visible damage
• Product condition

Any issues should be reported promptly before installation or use.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged or an incorrect item is delivered, customers should:

1. Notify Emirati Go immediately.
2. Provide photographs of the product.
3. Provide the order number and delivery details.
4. Allow our team to review the claim.

Once approved, we may arrange:

• Product replacement
• Product exchange
• Refund where applicable

Return Approval

Returns must be approved by Emirati Go before products are returned.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers should wait for return instructions before sending products back.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

• Be unused

Products showing signs of misuse, installation, alteration, or damage after delivery may not qualify for return.

For returns requested for reasons other than product defects or delivery errors, return transportation costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Custom & Project Orders

Products manufactured or supplied specifically for a project are generally non-refundable once:

• Production begins
• Materials are ordered
• Fabrication starts
• Delivery scheduling has commenced

This applies particularly to:

• Custom Water Tanks
• Project-Based Water Storage Systems
